Questions and answers

Points and Payments

How the points system works

  • One point allows the display of one listing for 24 hours.
  • When you activate the display of a given listing, one point will be deducted.
  • After 24 hours, another point will be automatically deducted.
  • When you deactivate the display of the listing, no further points will be deducted.
  • If you run out of points in your account, the listing display will be suspended, and you will be notified by email.

Purchasing Points

  • Points do not expire. You can confidently purchase more.
  • This allows you to limit the number of transactions, or the entire payment procedure.
  • You can purchase from 5 to 9999 points at a time.
  • A receipt is always issued immediately for each purchase (to a company or an individual).
  • Points can be paid for in several currencies around the world.
  • Every day we collect current exchange rates. Our goal is that prices in different currencies are very close to each other. Choose the currency you use.
  • Depending on the chosen currency, you will be able to use credit cards and various local payment methods. Each country has its own solutions.
  • Payments are processed by reputable intermediaries, including the global company Stripe.
  • Purchased points cannot be returned.

Point Designations

  • We have absolutely full transparency regarding points. They are clearly numbered and precisely indicated for which listing and at what time they were used.
  • Each point has its own number and identifier:
    • The numbers are sequential, such as 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 2.1, 2.2, etc., within your account. The number before the dot refers to the transaction number, and the number after the dot is the point number purchased in that transaction.
    • Identifiers are unique across the entire portal and can be used if something needs to be clearly explained. This is the long, multi-digit number visible when you display the point details.
  • Points are used in the order they were acquired, from oldest to newest.

Visibility of Listings

Visible — active

A visible listing is presented in search results and is marked as "for sale."

If you run out of points, the listing will be moved to the archive, and you will be notified.

As soon as the points are purchased, the listing will immediately start being displayed.

Visible only in the archive

Classic cars are works of art, often meticulously restored. We want to enable our clients to build a portfolio of cars they have sold.

Therefore, each listing can be visible in the profile of the respective seller even after the sale has concluded. It will then be marked as archived. No points will be deducted for it.

Completely hidden

This mode is useful when we are still working on the listing. We are completing its description, data, and photos, or for some other reason we want to deactivate the listing.

Listings in this mode will only be visible in preview to the user who owns them and only after logging in.

Changing from active to archived

You can change the status of the listing from active to archived at any time. You then have two options:

  • Move the listing directly to the archive (seller's portfolio).
  • Or move the listing to the portfolio when the entire duration of the point is used up. After that time, the listing will automatically be moved to the archive.

Reactivating a listing and the point

Once activated, a point works for 24 hours.

If you deactivate the listing and reactivate it before the 24 hours are up, no new point will be deducted.

You will continue to use the previously activated point.
